I. POSITION SUMMARY
The Specialist for Partner Management provides support and reports to the VP, Global Panel & Partnership Development. SOP is “surveyon Partners”- the Company’s primary tool to recruit, engage, and incentivize its panelists. Together with the Manager, Panel Partnerships, the duties of this role include, but are not limited to: establishing relationships with potential partners who will utilize SOP to monetize their member networks, maximizing current SOP partner relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring the quality and stability of panels, and supervising the invoicing process to ensure prompt payment. Finally, this role is a supervisory position and will also participate in some planning and decision-making.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Account Management Activities:
- Through deep knowledge of the MR industry and professional networking, makes strategic schemes and executes tactics for partner management.
- Partner Recruitment
a. Looking for/screening new media through online directories
b. Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key aimed partners in Media, Online Research, Entertainment
c. Analyze Demand to identify media to recruit and be responsible for recruiting and screening new partners. - Strategic Partnerships & Relations
a. Monitor Sales Allocation per partner.
b. Monitor third Party ROI.
c. Meet/Do performance review calls (quarterly/annually) with the existing partners to strengthen relationship.
d. Keep Partner’s supported documents up to date and Review the report/performance report of each partner in the existing list of partners.
e. Keep panel database/counts up to date.
f. Train Partner to use SOP partners related tool; SOP console.
g. Account payable related. - Coordinates between Sales and Operations team
a. Coordinate with the Sales & Operation team for updates and handle consultations from the Sales & Operation to the Partner Management team.
b. Provide partner panel data/information to the Operations Team.
c. Handle consultations from the Operation to the Sales team.
d. Assist Training to use SOP-related tools for operation team and update the Operation team for any update in SOP.
e. Train the Operation team to use SOP partners-related tools; SOP staff site. - Panel Coverage
a. Gather data for Panel Demand Analysis/Recruitment criteria for New Partners
b. Ensure all data/information is accurately documented (CRM & other related source), which includes partner panel information.
Partner Management Activities:
- Develops and fosters deep partner relationships and submits written reports on all partner meetings.
- Plans and directs appropriate follow-up toward existing partners so that superior service is delivered; shares appropriate information with the Manager – Panel Partners.
- Maintains and develops the image, brand, and reputation of the Company with clients.
Common Activities:
- Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to the Manager – Panel Partnership.
- Maintains the public image of the Company.
- Functions as a cooperative and active member of weekly Team meetings.
- Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.
- Completes other administrative work as required and acts as an active Team member.
- Contribute to the entire dataSpring (and, or other local offices) as a member, besides the Third Party Management tasks assigned.
III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

Minimum Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development and partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing partnerships.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefits, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Well-developed interpersonal, excellent investigative, communication, and influencing skills in English.
- Ability to get along well with different personalities and to work well in small teams is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and various sales-management software is required.
- A satisfactory background check (criminal, civil, credit) is required.
- Have professionalism, passion to succeed, and a motivation to reach higher goals.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client services and business development.
