I. POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR & Administrative Associate provides support in the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources and Admin, with main focus on the areas of Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Attendance Monitoring, and General Administrative Affairs for dS PH Office.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Human Resources Functions:
- Takes an active role in the full cycle hiring process in dS PH
- Assists in compensation and benefits administration which includes ensuring timely processing of payroll, facilitating government benefits coverage and availment, and company benefits administration for PH members
- Monitors attendance and leave credits for PH members, prepares bi-monthly DTR as inputs to payroll, as well as summary of tardiness, undertime and overtime
- Manages confidential document related to HR and Admin, ensuring that such are kept secured, properly filed and confidential
- Meets all assigned deadlines and KPIs listed as part of the “PH HR / Admin Action Plans” and as indicated in the performance review form
General Affairs & Admin Functions:
- Efficiently handles office supplies requests, as well as the purchasing, management and inventory of office, first aid, and pantry supplies.
- Ensures maintenance and cleanliness of the office, coordinates with service provider for needed housekeeping, repairs and maintenance
- Facilitates completion and submission of government reportorial requirements pertaining to employee reports, updates and claims
- Will provide support in the implementation of Occupational health and safety guidelines
Common Activities:
- Maintains the good public image of the Company.
- Constantly identifies financial and other risks to the Company and reports these quickly and accurately to the Admin Manager
- Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines to ensure profit.
- Completes other administrative work as required and acts as an active team player.
- Contribute to entire Company (and, or other local offices) as a member, besides the Global HR tasks assigned.
III. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Minimum Qualifications Needed:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any fields is preferred.
- At least 3 years of general human resource and administrative services experience required; particularly recruitment, compensation & benefits (including good understanding of government-mandated benefits)
- Familiarity with or relevant experience in travel management, purchasing, occupational health & safety guidelines will be a plus
- Proficient in MS office and ability to learn tech-tools used by the Company
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and negotiation skills are required
- Well organized, keen into details, responds to requests quickly, self-driven and results-oriented
- Experience in being a proactive team player who seeks out challenges and activities that promote the organization’s growth is required
- Must be willing to work on mid-shift (e.g 11am - 8pm), and open to some changes in schedule according to business needs
